I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the son of the boss who went out of his way to assist me with finding a pharmacist. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious with a variety of options. my experience at this hotel was wonderful.
Don't have any issues at all.

This hotel was really expensive, considering that Nigde is not a touristic centre at all and that it is quite far from the most appreciable landscapes of Cappadocia. When booking on line, we had asked for a cot for our baby, but when we arrived our room had only two single beds: where should the baby sleep in the hotel owner's opinion? Then, while having breakfast we noticed to our horror that the waiter put the other costumers' partly uneaten bread back into the breakfast basket; the jam had clearly expired; in the room heating was excessive; the price of the hotel was too high compared to what was offered inside.

we did not find the hotel any different from numerous others so didn't like or dislike it.
They took the money from my credit card on booking instead of on arrival

Clean and comfortable rooms, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located in the city, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful assistance during check-in.
Limited facilities and a lack of entertainment options. Weak English proficiency among the staff, which may make communication difficult.

Plain rooms, standard, not exciting at all.
They charged my credit card immediately after my booking, but I actually booked the flexible choice that I could pay upon my arrival, they did nothing about my complaint, feel no good. Strange arrangement, very small double rooms but very huge triple rooms.

This quaint hotel is tucked away on a peaceful side street, making it a perfect retreat for backpackers like me. the friendly valet service ensures a hassle-free check-in process, taking care of both my car and luggage. With clean and comfortable rooms, I enjoyed a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. the attentive staff made me feel welcome, despite the language barrier. the delicious and varied breakfast provided a great start to my day, giving me the energy to continue my adventures.
It would have been helpful to have clearer communication about the power outages, as well as a backup plan in case of such situations.

The staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult. the breakfast was not very varied, and the food was not very appetizing.
